Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first at info@csskinforge.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. Please include your order number and, where relevant, the Steam trade offer ID.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use a specific alternative dispute resolution body, but we will consider any complaint in good faith.
